If you suffer damage due to illegal processing, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To exercise your above-mentioned rights, you can personally hand-deliver your request petition with the necessary information that identifies you, send it through a notary public or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or send it to info@……..com with a secure electronic signature.
